Support is superb and you know CSS and html it's an advantage. I used the tool to scrape a website for leads. By watching their YouTube videos, their documentation and asking for help in their Facebook page. I could figure out 90% from watching their YouTube video and their documentation and the last 10% from Facebook. Scrapping is one part, automation in a whole is what I'm interested in. The owner is responsive, unlike other companies how only care about profit. RTILA is one to look out for the for the future.

RTILA is a great product, works very well and not lying it has still some little things to liven up but you will find all the way with one of the best support team in the world for this kind of tool. If you find someone in the community that could teach you for half an hour you will save a lot of time, it's all you need, anyway you will find a strong documentation in order to save a lot of time, this is finally RTILA's goal. So yes, I recommend to give a shot, you won't regret it, it's definitely worth it.

I use RTILA Studio for several months now and it has been a great experience from day one. The tool works like a charm and the usecases are practically endless. The visual editor makes it easy to select all data that needs to be collected and the automation rules allow you to make basically everything you do manually but at scale and on steroids - even more - because the bots can be packed into stand alone software which can be sold as well. it’s why I recommend getting the highest license. Next awesome „feature“: the team behind RTILA - I’ve never experienced such a dedicated team and support like here. It’s literally night now and Saturday and I got a response in around 2 minutes from the CEO, Mohamed. Not only a response but a whole solution to my problem. Thanks! RTILA gets updated very often, not only with backend related updates but with actual automation templates and command templates that are pre-made and ready to use. Best tool and team ever! 5 Stars, would give more if possible.
Good progress since Mohamed took over. The general consensus is that this is a very powerful tool. What it lacks is step-by-step tutorials to help the casual learners turn into serious fanboys. Still, I expect great things to come from Mohamed, given the progress Rtila has made under his stewardship.
