I have been using Rosebud for a few weeks and it has greatly improved my journaling and my reflections. They got it right in allowing you to write as you want, but providing optional prompts that help you get started or go deeper into your thoughts. The prompts and the reviews help me write more expressively, which will help in all areas of writing.

Been using it for past 6 days. Love it. Best journaling experience I have had in a long time. Useful, increases self-awareness, helps me focus on my goals, identify and tackle blockers. And is delightful to use. I look forward to using it everyday. I have played around with two others apps that have huge teams, are well funded (heypi.com, mindsera), and this Rosebud is the one that is getting my user-minutes. Price is peanuts vs its utility. I am on a 3 day streak with Rosebud and cannot see a reason why I wouldn't use the app every day. I type in my toughest stuff....things I am really wrestling with.....and most of it makes me feel just BAD about myself in general. Rosebud has a way of taking what I say and giving me a deeper insight....an insight that actually makes me feel GOOD about myself. It's an ai paradigm shift. Rewriting the story of my own destructive narrative one journal entry at a time. And for being a brand new beta app.....I'm freaking impressed.
Rosebud has the emotionally-focused capabilities of summarizing my thoughts into a succinct and motivating reflection. For those who have the access to therapy, this is what makes a therapist so valuable: someone validating and summarizing our thoughts/emotions in a way that makes sense. I've personally encountered so many "ah ha! moments" from therapy, and Rosebud allows the user to have these "ah ha! moments" every single day. This tool is invaluable for those interested in self-growth, motivation, and clarity!
