I love Rev and the AI Assistant functionality that helps me pull insights from meetings. It's very accurate.
I love Rev. It provides an easy way to make calls and videos more actionable—create nearly perfect transcripts (way better than the automatic transcriptions in Zoom and other video recording tools) or get a great launching off point for blogs, customer stories, etc. Occasionally, you'll get a transcriber who is not as strong, but Rev will provide a second review if you flag. I've had great experiences so far.
Super useful for transcribing and summarizing my ideas/brainstorms.
Quality and context is spot on! Initial summary works as a launch point post-call to quickly characterize key moments of the call along with next steps. Great for synthesizing key updates and action plans.
Occasional dip in quality on transcriptions, but they make sure not to reassign you any transcriber whom you've given a negative review. The app is great if you have to transcribe a call on the go.
