Retell
Transform content for every platform
44 followers
Transform articles and notes into platform-perfect content. Save hours and amplify your voice! Retell captures your unique style, crafting LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, or YouTube scripts that feel 100% you—while following best practices.
Frankly Retell was born in 72 hours after I watched one Youtube video. I said — well... why not, weekend is coming, so I'll be able to spend some time to develop it. Found out that creating short form content or / and repurposing my articles and notes into something else — time consuming and often very annoying. Using ChatGPT doesn't help as it requires a lot of explanations.
The idea? Help content creators transform long-form content into short-form posts, newsletters, and YouTube scripts with ease.
Reformatting for platforms is a genuine pain point — I myself face it everyday. And I’ve researched it to validate. Creators hate it. That’s why Retell focuses on tailoring outputs to each platform while maintaining the user’s unique tone of voice.
I wrote detailed platform guides, covering best practices, formats, tips, and features. Plus, users can add their own examples and writing standards (or let AI generate them).
How it works:
1. Users upload editorial standards (tone, audience, style) and content examples for each platform. They can even use their own API keys for preferred LLMs.
2. Upload content (URL, PDF, Doc, or even data files like Excel or CSV to create stories based on data).
3. Pick target platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, etc.).
4. Select a model (OpenAI, Claude, more coming) and hit “Generate."

Good luck
It's been a week since the launch. And let's see if we have some news.
First. We have a referral program no. Users that subscribed for one month will get a referral code to invite friends and once this friend registered, user will get a free month of unlimited generations on Retell. So — welcome.
Second. We've added one more way to get examples. Some users told us that sometimes it is not convenient to copy and paste examples from the platforms like podcast descriptions on Apple Podcasts, video descriptions on Youtube, blogs and newsletters. So we've added parsing examples using url. So just put the link on the podcasts, video, blogpost, newsletter and we fetch and save this example for you.
Third. Feedback. Now we have a small feedback form in the footer of the website. Tell us about anything.
Forth. We've updated the list of platforms and formats we support with podcast and video descriptions. And also added a summary function that just do summary of the input content.
That's all for now. Stay in touch and stop rewriting, start retelling.
