I had a terrible experience with Resume Worded. The product is not intuitive at all, making it difficult to use effectively. Despite stopping usage early on, I was shocked to find that they automatically charged my credit card without any confirmation or prior notice.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, their support was unresponsive and unhelpful. It seems like they follow shady billing practices, making it almost impossible to get your money back.
I strongly advise others to beware before signing up. This feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t trust them with my payment details again. Avoid at all costs!
