Hi PH😻! Restly 2.0 is finally here! 😴 It's been a year since we launched Restly. A sleep app that helps you improve your sleep quality with special techniques, music, and meditations. 💟 We have been working a lot to find out what works best for our beloved customers. So we have added a Sleep tracker to help them discover their sleep patterns and avoid negative triggers to improve their sleep. ✨ But it's never enough! We have been studying Positive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for one more project we work on - JOI (you can check it out on my profile). And we decided to apply the knowledge we gained from working on CBT app to our Sleep tracker - Restly. Because WHY NOT? 🙌 I believe you are aware of what an affirmation is and of the positive effects it has on people's health. Sleep is closely connected with not only your physical wellbeing but also with your MENTAL state. 🎧 Restly has a great variety of media content. Guided meditations, Relaxing music, Calming nature sceneries, ASMR, and White noises. Well, many similar apps do. 🌈 We know firsthand that many people are bored from long meditations when they just need a quick dose of dopamine.
