So I finished the whole course, and honestly, a little bummed it’s over. But, the good part is, I can still use a lot of stuff from it — the “sleep analysis” section is my favorite, with all those graphs and whatnot. I was hoping for more AI action, though, but it mostly just points out where I’m messing up with my sleep habits, which is helpful. Also, cut back on my coffee. I used to drink a lot, but now I’m down to two cups a day thanks to the circadian rhythm stuff. Minor complaint: It’d be nice to have more real-time advice, but overall, I’ve learned a lot.
