This is a solid tool, and if you're genuinely motivated to fix your sleep, I'd say it's well worth it. The subscription price doesn't feel like much compared to the improvements you can get. Of course, you still have to put in the effort — it won't magically fix your routine for you — but it’s definitely helpful if you’re ready to commit.

This was my first time doing something like this, and I really enjoyed it. Interacting with Remy felt very supportive. I saw it as a person who teaches, guides, empathizes, and understands. The circadian rhythm and sleep analysis parts are interesting. Sometimes I felt very tired and wanted to skip the ritual, but it felt like I was letting Remy down! For me, the interaction with Remy was the most important part

Weirdly enough, I like reading the short ‘sleep tips’ they give. Even though they sometimes feel basic, it’s a nice reminder. But still, I think it’s lacking some in-depth analysis for power users

I really enjoyed the course. Remy became a kind companion before bedtime, and I got so used to it. The course is excellent, the sleep analysis is insightful and it’s great that everything is based on studies. It also helps to calm down. That’s how it worked for me. You feel a sense of care and warmth from the rituals and Remy’s messages. Wishing you prosperity and growth, thank you!

I think its an interesting and useful app for my needs , it is important for me to calculate my rest time so that I have time to do urgent tasks, which I sometimes do early in the night.

After about a week of using the REMY app, I'm honestly surprised at how much better I'm sleeping. My sleep debt is finally starting to shrink, which is huge for me. The daily graphs are a nice touch — it's motivating to see when I'm doing well (and when I'm not). I still have to figure out the best bedtime ritual, but I do appreciate how the app makes me pay attention to that stuff.
