Hey PH community! I was thinking about this tool for few months, it was a tricky challenge to build it. At Reintech we needed such a tool to show developers from our network how hourly rate is converting into a salary with benefits. The calculator is quite flexible, you can configure it to compare offers with different benefits. There is also a possibility to share your comparison. @sanja_mitar good point, though about this too. I decided to leave an option to enter any number of days in this case. This number would be different for different people but you still can compare. For our case, unlimited vacation is not that important right now. Thank you for comment and question!
