Hey Product Hunt! I’m CL, founder of Recce.
After two decades building developer tools, including one of the first distributed version control systems[1] used by Apple, I've witnessed firsthand how transforming the development process fundamentally reshapes entire industries.
As data-centric development workflows are taking over, we’ve hit a breaking point and the way we build and review data changes hasn’t kept up. This becomes the bottleneck for turning company's own data as their most valuable asset.
- Software engineers have CI and structured code reviews.
- Data teams too, but the automated parts are often shallow amd syntatic. mostly we rely on manual checks, scattered context, and fire-fighting to catch and fix issues.
We built Recce to fix that.
