Hi! My name is Steph and I created RateYourStyle as a passion project. I know other platforms exist to share outfits like instagram, liketoknowit, and pinterest. But I think that RYS is different because it allows users to rate each other's outfits, includes reviews and links for each clothing item in the outfit, and it's geared towards the everyday fashion enthusiast and not just influencers/celebrities. I'd love to get your feedback on the site!

@stxphcodes Just as a heads up the website is refreshing continuously when I go on it. Idk if it is architected to have it refresh continuously to show new posts but it makes it unusable. I can't scroll down with it jumping back up. Its a good start tho

@jack_ransom hey! thank you so much for the heads up. the site definitely shouldn't be doing that and I'm still working out the kinks on it! I noticed that clicking on the website link from product hunt is causing glitch from the extra paths that product hunt tags onto the end of the URL, so just entering "https://rateyourstyle.com" in the browser works better. EDIT After doing some investigation, I think that the bug that you're referring to is from something else. I use cookies on the site so so if you have cookies disabled on your browser, the website will keep refreshing in an attempt to add a cookie. I realize I shouldn't expect users to have cookies enabled, so I will add this to the list of issues I'm working on!
