I got Rank Tracker on App Sumo over a year ago and have since bought LTDs for a number of similar products such as Labrika, True Ranker, Dino Rank and a couple more. RT is hands-down the best of these. It may not yet be as versatile as the major players but it is on its way there. A lot has improved. There are a couple of minor quibbles but it has decent results and has proved very valuable to me. I am offering SEO services to smaller local businesses and RT is helping at keeping my prices attainable. It has better competitor comparison than the other tools, is the only one doing Bing as well and is simpler to navigate.
Never trust the guy behind this company. Like many others here I experienced the same: He has disabled my AppSumo lifetime deal even without informing me. What a shame.
Scam, be very careful with this company! Like many other users, I have been scammed by this company. After buying a LTD license with lifetime access, they blocked my access, waiting several months until I had fully configured several projects. Now I have no possibility to consult or export my data. How to trust your business to this kind of companies that can change their mind and use almost mafia-like tactics? Don't do it, look for an honest alternative. It is a company with a very good marketing, a good image and a good website, but the tool never works well, it has many bugs and latency, it is not accurate, and the roadmap never advanced much, except to add superfluous payment options, money, money, money. Fortunately, I still have an SE Ranking account, a much more powerful and fine-tuned software, with constant improvements and excellent support.
Misleading Lifetime Deal I bought a lifetime plan for this rank tracker tool, expecting full access forever. At first, it worked fine, but now they’ve locked key features unless I pay for a yearly “support plan.” This was never mentioned when I bought the deal. Features have been restricted, and customer support isn’t helpful. A lifetime deal should mean what it says—lifetime access. This feels like a scam. Avoid this product if you want a trustworthy solution.
After so many bad reviews and customer complaints, you'd think they'd listen and address the user issues. The product is good but you're breaking your promise to people and taking away access. This is damaging your business but you're too stupid to realise it. Good luck!
Bought the lifetime deal on this software and saw it had potential. Now I can't access my account with buying a support program which I don't need. How can you sell something and then say 'you can't use it unless you pay me more money'. Isn't that like ransoming software? It's actually like buying a car outright but the dealer then takes the keys back a few months later and says you can't use the car until you pay for an extended warranty. Insane. Shouldn't be legal, not sure how they get away with it.
This compnay is a scam stay away! I sensed somthing was happening when Ranktacker was merged with Accuranker and asked support if anything would happen to my account to which they said everything would stay the same. A few weeks later they disabled my lifetime plan that I have purchased and tried forcing me into buying some bs annual support plan. Are these developers (founder Felix Rose-Collins) really that dumb? And lack all basic understanding in business? Who would pay a subscription and open themselves up to a new way of being cheated. All in all stay far away.
Great seo suite. Purchased LTD. I needed assistance with a problem, I wrote and they fixed it quickly. I'm satisfied.
