I got Rank Tracker on App Sumo over a year ago and have since bought LTDs for a number of similar products such as Labrika, True Ranker, Dino Rank and a couple more. RT is hands-down the best of these. It may not yet be as versatile as the major players but it is on its way there. A lot has improved. There are a couple of minor quibbles but it has decent results and has proved very valuable to me. I am offering SEO services to smaller local businesses and RT is helping at keeping my prices attainable. It has better competitor comparison than the other tools, is the only one doing Bing as well and is simpler to navigate.

Felix is a developer-turned-scammer! He disabled the free-for-life AppSumo accounts of those who trusted and gave him money when he was desperate to grow the business. Thanks for showing yourself; now we (users and investors) know who you are.

Long term user. My account was disabled. I asked the owner in support why my account was disabled, he plays like he doesn't know the reason and that he will have support fix the problem. 3 weeks later I see this happened to others. I asked if they will fix my account and the owner tells me they will email me, his way of saying don't bug us anymore. Paid user and they permanently disabled my account. So many better options to waste anymore time with these people.

Used this tool for some time - wasted money and that's it. Poor functionality, constantly failed payment procedures, low-quality content. I am very disappointed. Plus their customer support is awful - they say they have a live chat on the website, but it is not the live chat - you just send them an email and wait until they wake up to answer you six hours later. If they answer at all.

I recently had a terrible experience with RankTracker. Their service was not working due to servers being offline and their support team were very hostile and unhelpful when I contacted them. When the servers were back online, my account did not have any plan so I was unable to use it again. When I asked for help again, they told me will help according to the contract in 14 working days, so this is how much will take them to assign my account to the plan again. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend RankTracker to anyone.

But anyways, if you had purchased via appsumo yes the partnership agreement is 14 business days for resolution of the issue. This is why you would have been told this. I got scammed by the founders of RankTracker. Just like many others, I bought the lifetime deal and now I’m being forced to buy a yearly Support plan I don’t need before I can regain access to the tool I paid for.

Purchased a deal for ranktracker through Appsumo. Can no longer use the account without paying extra money for "support". Not even able to access my own data. Absolutely ridiculous, unethical business, avoid at all costs!
