I canceled my subscription, but they charged me for API usage that I didn't use. There is no way to cancel a subscription, and support doesn't respond via email or chat on the site.

You guys did a fantastic job and I'm all for expanding the use of QR Codes (even if you might wind up being a competitor). I love what you guys are doing, some of the most engaging styles for QR codes. Anyone seeing these would itch to scan them just out of curiosity. I tried, and they scanned perfectly on Android. My only wish for the future would be (1) BYO image to be used with a style, because I would like to use it for a travel blog and the tests I did were not really accurate enough to location; (2) analytics, of course everyone wants that! Keep up the great work. Visually, 10/10!

You will know the cost few days after getting the qr code or it will be deactivated...can't they put that upfront....just cheap way to force you pay them
QR code doesn’t work on iPhone/Safari. Tried to talk to their customer service about it and they said it works and that was it. Send a screen shot of the error message I I was receiving. Blew the project deadline, asked for a refund. No answer, shady company.
