I have been testing your tool and I love it. I'm only missing 4 points to make it definitely breakthrough. *Ability to send webhook to talk to other tools. It would help to enable additional options. I can think of Webhook for pabbly or Zapier that would send a transcript to the user's email. *Ability to choose different data depending on the type of question. This would help to work more optimally with the data. Example. The form could select whether the query is for dogs or cats. if it is for dogs, support the GPT answer with the dog database and if it is for cats, feed the contextualised answers with the dog database. * Better documentation. Some of them are not well explained, it is not documented how to indicate the data in text format, it generates errors. *Allow you to connect to database, Notion or Google Sheet, would allow greater dynamism and greater ease to manage frequently asked questions, business information. Without a doubt, I think it is a great tool.

Are you able to use your own "avatar" the pic. of the bot? It needs to look smart otherwise, people will think it's kinda stupid with the Pre-ChatGPT bot. I tested on "SAFE agreement in a Startup". Damn its' pretty good. I goes give me 5 matrx in the SAFE, it goes here are "5 Key Terms in the Agreement...1.....2....3...etc..."
