I've been pretty impressed with the designability of the POWR forms, and I'm even using the free version! I recently emailed POWR for tech support. I almost didn't expect a response at all since I'm using the free product, and I definitely expected to be at the bottom of the list. Instead, I got a response within 24 hours that included two great suggestions for resolving my issue. (Thanks, Franz!)
Form Builder was super easy to use, I was actually able create a very custom form in minutes with its built in AI generation functionality! As I was working on publishing it to our website, Mithsou, form customer support reached out via a pop up chat to see if I wanted help integrating and installing the form on our website! Wow! He was so helpful and clearly and quickly answered every question I had about this great product! Couldn't recommend more! 5 stars from this former software developer!
Definite learning curve. But I like it so far. I'm curious to see if it helps drive more traffic and interaction on my website. Jamilya was super helpful and fast to respond!
Beyond helpful. Even when I had to run - they continued helping me behind the scenes and followed up later. That is customer service above and beyond! And POWR itself is one of a kind - very clean layouts and easy to use.
