Great forcing function to spend less time on social media. I specifically like the group accountability and the fact that my own friends decide whether or not I can continue using the apps. Love it!
I loved it because I can use it with my friends...and this accountability actually stops me from using the specific apps that l am addicted to. That is why this app actually helped me to reduce my screen time.
