Super useful. I'm used to see these calculators on the employee's side, so I think this one was the missing piece. Now companies can actually know (in full) how much it'll cost to employ someone in Portugal. I wish there was such a tool for every country, honestly. Quite straight-forward - once you receive the results via email, you easily understand the calculations. I had no idea there were so many "hidden" costs for companies... when you look at your payslip you only understand the taxes you pay as an employee. With this, you can get the total employment cost, so your taxes and mandatory contributions but also the taxes that the company must pay.
