Portant Workflow

I had been using Microsoft Office to integrate and collaborate on spreadsheets and mail merge. I volunteer in a large non-profit with many non tech savvy individuals. I was challenged to port everything over to the Google platform. I looked into a number of otherwise excellent products for mail merge, but all of them fell short in one way or another for my needs. Portant has delivered on allowing me to create a product in which I can put in the savvy, and share with others who only need to input their part without technical skill. From a single master database I can create mail merged .pdfs, emails envelopes and multiple forms. Tech support has been absolutely incredible, responsive and personal. They have respected my input, helped to fix minor bugs or find work-arounds, and have been supportive of ways I have used Portant in creative ways they never imagined. I have found it easy to collaborate with others, share resources and teach them how to use Portant Workflow. The cost is very reasonable. While the learning curve is relatively easy, I am still just scratching the surface of the possible uses. I highly recommend it.

I work as a contract negotiator and work on dozens of contracts at a time. I, on a daily basis, correspond to CEOs, Researchers, Engineers, Students, and many other academics critiquing contracts. I would love to be able to cut down on the amount of emails it takes to close up an agreement and this has some great potential. I have played with this quite a bit and use the Trello app as well as the template and workflows on the main site, I would suggest integration with Office365 as well, since that is mine and many others University's platform of choice. Also, there has to be a way to make the google forms look more professional, I have hesitations in presenting this as a fix to some of my teams' current issues. I will explore further ways to implement this, or something similar, for our team.

Saves me plenty of time and reduces data entry when I work with Google sheets. Huge time saver. Also, some great product design features.

Awesome! Takes the boring repetition out of my invoicing, plus I’m now creating personalised slideshows for each of my clients, all automatically. Wish I’d had this sooner. Nice one guys!

Looks good! I haven't seen anything like this on the market, so closely integrated with Google Workspace. Good luck with the launch!
