Hey everyone! I wanted to share this free to use project I've been working on over the past few weekends called PollTime.me (please excuse the fact the name sounds like a exotic dancer request app!) So PollTime came from a place of necessity for me. After spending hours trying to get team members, clients and leads to get together for a Zoom call I wondered if there was anything easier than going back and forth to try and find a time that suited everyone. That was the start of PollTime. I know there are similar tools out there such as Outlook's FindTime but as someone who doesn't use Microsoft mail services I could only find tools that kind-of fit the brief. I would love your feedback on PollTime, this is a new project and I've been using it for the past few months now and it's working great for streamlining my meeting requests, I'd love to know if it aids yours! Any thoughts, comments or critiques welcome! Free, no registration: So what does PollTime do that the others don't? Well, first you don't have to register an account to use the service nor do your attendees. One of my biggest gripes with these kind of services is that the people I were inviting had to register, they would look at the process and immediately close it, after all I'm trying to make my life easier whilst making theirs harder. Unlimited Attendees: Theres no limit to how many attendees you can have, just send the link out and anyone who has the link can add their availability. Modify Availability: Got everyone for a date but one person? An attendee can update their availability should they become available simply by submitting their availability again using the same email address. Poll Dashboard: Each of your polls comes with a dashboard which let's you see who's available and who isn't, if everyone is good for a date PollTime gives you a handy iCal file to add to your calendar. Timezone Friendly: It doesn't matter if you're in the US and your team is in the UK, you can specify the timezone you wish to have the meeting in and it automatically configures times to let your attendees know when it's happening.
