Plicro is the Trello of Brand Art! I highly recommend it as a comprehensive Brand Art Board. At the end of the day, you can't track the visual assets of your brand without an overall idea of what's used where. it also syncs to my Google Drive which makes it more reliable,

I have used this product since it became available. Really useful for repeat emails/messages which need small personalisation, drag and drop branding into different media, and clear differentiation between brands you deal with keeping the whole identity on its own artboard.
