I‘ve used the free version and it‘s a very promising idea. You select your photos and it automagically calculates the route to the pictures. It‘s possible to change the mean of transport too. With some adjustments, it recreated my trip almost perfectly. At the moment you can not choose the route type „ship“, but if I chose „plane“ it looked fine for those parts, too. With the free version you can add one trip and have limited options. But, I guess, with the pro subscription you can add as many trips as you want and can tinker even more with the options. So it might be worth a try.
