I have been using Phantom's wallet as my primary interface for interacting with Solana dApps for well over a year. They continuously build great features with thoughtful UX. Now that they have multi-chain integration, its the only wallet provider I use.
Super user friendly wallet. My go-to wallet on Solana till date!
I believe that there are individuals who have lost their crypto one way or the other. I strongly advise that you don’t seek help recovering it online because you are likely going to meet a scammer who will steal more of your funds in an attempt to help you recover your lost crypto. I personally have used ZATTPRO RECOVERY when I had to recover my bitcoin stolen by scammers. You can contact this legit recovery firm by email (zattechrecovery AT G mail com)
Despite Phantom touting as a secure wallet, note that they allow scam NFTs to market to you directly within the app. I followed a seemingly trusted NFT minting direction that appeared within my Phantom app and instantly all my SOL was removed from my wallet. Phantom’s response was there is “nothing they can do” about allowing scam NFTs to access your secure wallet but at the same time are “working on a feature to prevent scam NFTs”… so which is it? They refuse to reimburse any lost tokens. BEWARE and I am sure there we be legal, privacy and consumer protections actions that happen down the road with this app. Just BEWARE! Report anything like this to the FTC please to help protect all of us.
