It's definitely revealing potential issues with frequency of interrupts. Maybe one of the unintended benefits of this app is that it's not only helping me to see my focus levels, but helping me to focus on how much focus I'm achieving. This is giving me a new indicator that I can observe and work to improve. I'm even adapting my working hours to better achieve more focus since using this app.

This is a tool to help you track where your time spent and how often you can achieve flow state. As a full-time dev, its fascinating to see how little coding I was doing. Bogged down with meetings, interruptions from co-workers, I was almost never was able to singularly focus on one task. I have been able to get insights on how to improve my experience as a dev.
