@smallstar Congrats on the launch! Curious—how do you handle permissions and access control when creating tickets through Slack? Also, any plans for Microsoft Teams integration?

@masump Thanks! Right now, we use Jira tokens with a one-time setup per workspace. Each Slack workspace connects using a shared token, and all ticket actions are performed through that — with no destructive actions allowed.
We're planning to add user-based OAuth soon, which will enable more granular, per-user access control (However need to be done by each use who wants to use the app).
Microsoft Teams integration is already in the pipeline, along with Asana and Linear. Will keep you posted!
