This is a great card for so many reasons. First, the rewards earned on βhealthyβ purchases are unrivaled. Right now this means significant cash back on purchases from Sweetgreen, Whole Foods, athletic apparel, etc. The best cash back I have seen from a card on these purchases. And the merchants are expanding everyday and rewards of more cash back are coming. It also ties in with the app. So the more I move the better the rewards and the better the cash back. The app is a great way to track and share and the rewards are a nice way to stay motivated.
Love this product! Incredible value - both monetary and the benefit to my overall health in keeping me moving. The digital experience is intuitive and makes it easy to track my spending and see the reward value Iβm earning on a daily basis - very differentiated from my other card rewards.
This card has been awesome. Has great cash back benefits and even helped me get a free Apple Watch. All these perks for doing my normal healthy workouts.
paceline has crafted one of the best innovations in consumer health tech. the app is simple to use, respects your privacy and security and has a user first mentality. (also, it helps that joel and team are great partners)
Horrible Customer Service Department who are fairly clueless. No Android Support--Poor Connectivity to connect payments online (I had to mail a check). No android support---slow to post rewards. The concept is great--the execution is poor. The customer service of the card is the worst I have ever encountered. They claim to be a premium product but don't have premium support.
