The white label solution turned out to be a complete waste of money. Despite our initial trust in the product, it failed to function as a proper white label solution. We encountered numerous false promises and experienced poor service.
Orimon.ai seems to be a robust sales enabling product that offers great value for businesses looking to automate their sales operations. The product has a user-friendly interface, AI capabilities, and analytics that help businesses to increase their revenue. Sales assistant with multilingual support is truly impressive! Great job guys.
Their system always has errors in the bots, from time to time they stop working and it is a big problem to be able to connect them again to the Facebook pages and other channels. Their platform has many constant errors and it is not possible to work calmly and be sure that the bot will be responding to messages on the platforms. Their technical support only drags you out without any solution, delaying a long time, even weeks, in responding. For my part, I trusted your product and it has only been a waste of time and money.
Unfortunately we rely on their white label solution to provide a service to our clients but they are constantly making changes that complicate being able to use this service and offer it as a white label. The support via email or chat is terrible and they never answer or give a solution.
