As a software engineer passionate about simplifying the SaaS development process and adhering to industry best practices, I've created this toolkit to streamline your journey from idea to launch. Open Micro SaaS is designed to equip you with user authentication, Stripe-based billing, seamless customer support, and analytics integration, alongside a customizable landing page. A dedicated configuration file ensures your project remains adaptable, all atop the robust Next.js framework. My mission is to democratize SaaS development for everyone, whether you're bootstrapping a startup or refining a side project. As an open-source initiative, I'm keen to see how the community embraces and enhances Open Micro SaaS. I welcome your questions, feedback, or ideas with open arms and am excited to collaborate. Together, let's advance the state of SaaS development.

Congratulations! May I ask why you chose Next.js instead of ReactJS for your toolkit?
Juan Correa
@vumanhcuongit of course, that’s excellent question. From my experience, starting a new SaaS venture requires velocity and adaptability. Having a monolith in the first phases makes sense for that purpose. Next.js lets me create a full stack app, is designed to scale properly and when the revenue and users comes, it’s possible to split in other architecture (like “traditional” backend for frontend). More about this: https://open-micro-saas-docs.ver... Using react alone would required me to create a backend. The more the codebases to maintain, the more the costs and complexity (deploys, team communication). Of course, the advantages are even more scalability and tech stack independence, but in a bootstrapped or a new startup venture, I believe that is not important right away. The most important is to bring value quickly and iterate. What do you think?
