Horrible experience - App Constantly crashes, bad experience overall - Customer support is almost non-existent as they take days to answer. - Takes a very long time to do transfers - After almost a week of "processing a transfer" and constantly asking for updates every day, they ask for more documents that they should have asked at signup.
