We have used On Air Parking for several years, several times a year and could not be more pleased. We follow their directions on where to park and where to meet the shuttle and have never had a problem. It has been seamless. We have parked at both airports in our city and it has been well worth the amount of money we have saved to park. We have taken several 2+ week vacations and cannot tell you how much less we have paid than our travel companions. Our shuttle has almost always been there waiting for us. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They insist on loading and unloading our luggage every time. Thank you again, On Air Parking for such great service. We are already booked with you for our next 3 trips.
We parked our car at On Air Parking for a period of two weeks from 7 - 21 May. After parking our car, we were picked up very quickly by the shuttle and taken to the Houston International Airport. We were happy to know that our car was secure and safe at the facility. Unknowingly, we left the car idling when we left the car and upon our return, the car had no gas left and would not turn on. A member of the On Air Parking staff (Robert) graciously provided us free gasoline and loaded it into our car. As a result, we did not have to contact or wait for AAA to arrive. We were on our way immediately and able to reach an outside gas station before arriving at our destination. We appreciate the attention and service we received at On Air Parking.
The worst, they did not pick me up to take me to the airport nor pick me up on my return. Then refused to refund me for services paid for but not provided. What a scam. stay away. Shuttle services for this facility run 24/7 every 30 minutes, unfortunately, facilities have no control over the number of passengers they receive, and if full, and no other shuttle is available you would have to wait for next shuttle trip. We would recommend you reach out to the courtyard directly explaining the situation you had with the shuttle service (shuttle service is provided by the hotel, not us), to see how they can assist. I think this is a great app, but we always have things to optimize. Especially updating in time with feedback from users. I think this app can do better.
Very bad Service, the worst service in the world, going to the airport it was snowing and the receptionist told me to park the car at the end of the parking and running back to the Van, but the driver told me there is no place in the Van and it was a delay for one hour. Going back from the Airport, the driver didn't come and after one Hour waiting, I got a taxi and pay more than the parking cost
I tried using On-Air Parking for the first time the last week when my nine y/o daughter and I were trying to fly to Florida to visit for a family wedding. We were going to fly out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport and so I called On-Air Parking to confirm that the facility that I would be parking my vehicle at had a shuttle to the airport and to make sure it ran (24x7), as my return flight was early in the morning. The representative assured me, that was the case and so I booked with them. After arriving to the designated parking facility, the attendant informed me that in fact the shuttle was broken down. At that point I asked if he could call me a cab and he said they won't show up if he does. That made me concerned that if I would call a Taxi, Uber, or Lift, they would not show up in a reasonable amount of time which would cause unneeded delays. So, I decided that my best option was to get back into my vehicle and pay the premium fees at the airport parking (which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place). I feel that if I had known that the shuttle was not available before making the reservation, I could have chosen a different remote location and avoided paying for airport parking. Please let me know if my thinking is wrong, but I feel On-Air Parking is responsible for the difference that I ended up paying for the higher priced parking and possibly more for the hassle and extra time / gas it took to find the parking location and then drive back to the main road.
I don’t remember the lady’s name that drove the shuttle from my vehicle to the airport but she had to be one of the company’s biggest assets! She beatboxed and rapped and was so entertaining! A+++ customer service! Went above and beyond! Y’all are truly BLESSED to have her! She made my day!

Works great every time. The earlier you book the better the price appears to be. I've seen 50% savings over the airport long term parking rates if I book 9 months out.
