@marinatrajkovska As a user, I’ve found the interview prep to be incredibly helpful. Candidates can feel more prepared and empowered heading into an interview.
With my employer hat on, I like that it doesn’t do the interview for the candidate, but it helps them prepare and draw in the entirety of their experience when answering questions - making the evaluation process more efficient, particularly for those first rounds.
