I've used Novel to help level up a small Shopify brand's website and was really pleased with 1) ease of implementation (normally a huge pain with video), 2) customization (crucial for any brand that wants to present as premium), and 3) simplicity (I've messed with a few similar solutions and I prefer the streamlined approach that Novel takes to integrating interactive/shoppable video on-site).

Can work on all websites but is optimized for Shopify.
Zero impact on page load. Novel is a CRO tool and any impact on load speed would negatively impact page load.
