That's why @banada and I collaborated to bring you No Dumb Interviews. We want to empower the community, so that the next step in your career is just a little easier to take.

Hi Product Hunt! No Dumb Interviews is a fun project that Lawrence and I put together over the past few days. Sick of terrible job interviews, we decided to make a site where the community can crowdsource rankings. Help us out by leaving a review of your last interview!

Very cool project! We built CodeSubmit to solve this very problem. While it does make sense to assess technical talent during the interview process, it also makes sense to do it in a way that is considerate, fair, and reciprocal. Brainteaser type questions are not only a pain for dev talent - theres little-to-no proof that they accurately indicate future performance. So, it's great to see this list! I can recommend that you add one of our customers, KONUX, to the list. They are extremely intentional in their hiring process :)
