Nifty

My team lives in Nifty all day, every day.

Nifty has, by far and away, the best user experience among the second-tier providers. It could be argued that they outperform many of the top-tier. The only downside to it is its price. If you can wait for them to put out a Lifetime Deal on one of the LTD platform, then this is absolutely the product you want.

It’s very powerful, and their team keeps improving it. I chose Nifty PM over Trello and Monday.

We live inside Nifty. We use it for most everything. It replaced a lot of apps. We do like it. However, the AI functionality feels off so we haven’t adopted any of it. My biggest gripe is Forms being a paid add on. And even worse than that, it’s wildly over priced. Not sure what they were thinking here. Still the best solution we’ve found.

Have been using Nifty for a number of years as a single person company with multiple clients. They are constantly upgrading features and improving the product. Nifty really has matured out to be a fantastic project management tool and also include a great API too.

The best thing about Nifty is its flexibility. Even with the free plan, you can do some pretty powerful things. It is a product that can start out with small/growing teams and grow into an enterprise solution. It puts many other similar products to shame.

After 2 years of PAID TRIAL, trying my best to give Nifty the benefit of the doubt, I did not want to renew and waste any more money. Only for their system to keep my card details and charging me again! Their customer service now ignore me and do not want to give a refund. The system is too heavy to use, my team never adapted.
