I am a Teleparty premium subscriber and I am extremely upset and disappointed with TeleParty's lack of service! I had a major corporate event scheduled on June 19, 2023 to stream a movie from Amazon Prime to an organization of about 600 people in my company. However, when I went to share the link. THEIR SERVICE WOULD NOT REDIRECT THE ATTENDEES TO THE MOVIE! This is totally unacceptable! I want to know how they are going to fix this problem. Also, why Teleparty did not put a notification on their website or email subscribers that their service is not working properly?!
Terrible coding makes this whole program hard to use, hard on my computer and hard on my stress levels. I wish I had alternatives because I would choose to never use this addition. Please fix your god awful program you terrible garbage organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
