Extremely unreliable company.
I placed an order for a machine in August 2024 with a promised delivery time of six weeks. That was acceptable. However, when I followed up after the six-week period, the CEO informed me there was a supply chain delay but failed to provide a new estimated delivery date.
In November 2024, after another follow-up, I was told that a new version of the machine was coming out—something I was never informed about when placing my order. No update was given regarding my original order, and the delay continued. I requested a refund but received no response.
When I chased it up again in January 2025, the excuse had shifted to delays caused by the Chinese New Year holiday. This company is full of excuses, empty promises, and zero action when it comes to refunds.
Avoid at all costs.
