@chasehwill pretty sweet concept. Were you able to work out a deal with Cards Against Humanity? I know they've been working on rolling out wholesale purchases.
We're in November, 5 months after this post, and absolutely no boxes have been shipped.
Now they even erased all social media presence (which included all the complaints by dozen of pissed-off customers like me).
In those 5 months, they had no troubles charging credit cards. But getting the product we paid for, or decent explications as to "why the heck my July box hasn't shipped in October" was harder.
They handled very poorly this with very sparse communications.
This has gone further than a simple lack of professionalism. It's on the edge of being a scam.
I'd not recommend doing any business with any of the makers of this product.
On the same time, now that I've clearly no hopes of getting the products I paid for, I'd like this company to erase all my data (especially credit card infos).
This is my first disappointment ever in a PH featured product.
@jpvalery I love how you mention we fully refunded your purchases and even promised free boxes on top of that. We've had to shut the business down and we announced that on social media. Refunds have been processed and we're no longer taking orders - clearly. Social media was shut down due to us going out of business.

You refunded me after multiple posts on social medias that were getting a lot of attention. You promised a single free box, which is the bare minimum when you are 3 months late in the delivery of a product.
We never saw the "going out of business information". The latest communication was "we're working with an investor to get through it".
Easy to delete a page where you had dozens and dozens of people complaining. I think it's not about you going out of business but hiding how much you screwed up.
I can understand failure, but not the lack of professionalism you demonstrated over the last 5 months.
Looks great. Almost subscribed but I got a question for @chasehwill.
I saw that you're shipping to Canada : is it a DDP shipping or regular shipping ? I.E : Will i have to be f****ed by a customs fee upon receiving your box or is it all taken care off ?

@jpvalery Just spoke to our international shipping consultant, we're working to get customs and duties included for our Canadian and European customers. I can't promise we'll have that done for the first box but, we'll definitely have it done for the second.
