You start out with Zapier, then graduate to Make.com, before ending up at n8n. It's not the easiest to get started with, but once you arrive here, you won't want to leave. n8n is the greatest prototyping, building, and automation tool to date.

I love n8n. Once you get used to it, you will have a hard time going back to Zapier or Make. The simplicity and power of being able to draw your workflow on a canvas is great when compared to the linear approach of Zapier (Come on, paths are half-baked, tedious, and limited to 5) or the surprisingly rigid approach of Make (Why do I need a router & filter to split things?) The support for Javascript in any node with expressions also increases the functionality so much. Especially now with chatbots to help people code, low-code is actually easier than no-code in most instances. Plus, the pricing flexibility to self-host or use their fairly-priced cloud services are pretty much unmatched by rivals.

Was already using n8n for all of my AI workflows. I got to test the alpha for this and it's really good. It's crazy to think of the amount of great things that will be built by giving less technical people the tools to build with AI. Truly an insane time to be alive.
