I am a user of this service since it was called "superus" app and have been a paying subscriber. In the last 3 months since they changed the name I have lost my data, no access to the new service and still being charged monthly. good product but worse management, lawsuits incoming.

Hello, I am a student currently working on my dissertation. I am also a visual learner so when I came accross MyMap.ai I was very excited to try the application. I was not dissappointed. I had already been researching literature for my chapter 2 lit review, so I am already familiar with my research. I used the free 7 day trial as a way to test my research on my lit review. The results were great, responses where immediate, they are in align with my research therefore varifiable, and the ability to visually outline my entire 60 page lit review within minutes was amazing. Granted, there are areas that still need improvement, such as directions, export, custimization of the map and page (background was distracting). Although there were no directions, using the software was very intuitive, its the custimization of the links and boxes that I could not figure out. The development team was a bit slow to respond, however they did respond and were very informative. Overally, if you are a visual thinker and learner, this is a great AI driven research tool to assist learners at all levels. I highly recommend trying it out. Michael F. I immediately realized the software would not work for me. I tried to cancel this during the trial, but the "cancel" button did not work. There was no way to contact support to report this. I was then charged for a year without my approval, and there is no way to get a refund. Dear MyMap ai, please refund my money.
I too am writing to express my deep frustration at the unresolved unauthorized allegations made over the last few days and the complete lack of response from your team in relation to the chat map failures. On August 15th, my account was charged without my consent or prior notification. Finding out that the charge was processed without my knowledge or opportunity to act left me extremely disappointed. I urgently request an immediate refund of the amount charged to rectify this issue and restore my confidence in your company Try to understand the significant impact your actions, or lack thereof, have on customers and your business's reputation.
