SCAM ALERT!!!! I am extremely upset with MY HQ app. I made a booking for a single day, paid in full, but they failed to provide the booking when I arrived. I waited for an agonizing 3 hours, seeking help from their support team, which was utterly useless. My team and I were forced to work from a cafe, and this experience was beyond frustrating. Their lack of professionalism is astounding, and what's worse, they won't even apologize or issue a refund. It's crystal clear that they have no intention of addressing their management issues or compensating for the immense inconvenience they caused.
This is a fraud company. Beware. They asked me to pay 13 laksh deposit for office space to Bigbox and then ran away and stopped responding. Mohan Kumar Rao, Vedant Harsulkar, Manoj they are all involved in this scam.
They are an awesome team working out of Delhi to provide an excellent and flexible model of co-working and networking spaces.
I love the overall concept of bringing coworking by utilising the inventory of potential spaces alongwith the overall flexibility of choosing from a plethora of spaces.
