Super excited to see Môveo launch! 🎉 The approach of leveraging existing logs and combining modern AI techniques with more transparent and editable generated scripts is a good one. LLMs may be eating the world, but there are lots of use cases that are not suitable for fully generated responses, and I expect to see more of the hybrid approach we see here.

I've seen Moveo in action and it's leaps and bounds ahead of similar "AI agents." I've used so much AI that all it does is give a tree of options and send you to a live agent. Whereas you guys have figured out a way to truly handle customers with minimal human intervention. It's a very sophisticated approach that can add tons of value to a company. And I really like how you keep learning from the live agents to get better and better. I'd describe Moveo as hiring a junior support person who learns really fast to effectively clone your best agents.

Dear makers of Moveo! Congrats on the launch! This idea is good, and I think it's very actual for all companies with support-agents. We have our own business (CRM system) and we know, that it's really very hard to teach agents to answer correct, and to support omnichannel. I don't like bots answering to me, but AI is not a bot so I understand that it will really better if a "new-born" agent. Website is clear, no issues to understand what do you offer. Pricing is clear too.

Congrats on the launch!!!!!! It’s impressive to see a platform leveraging generative AI and advanced NLP algorithms to automate a wide range of customer interactions, not just the typical FAQs, but also tasks like scheduling, all while understanding/processing in multiple languages. The seamless integration with various communication channels and the analytics dashboard are neat features that are likely to enrich user experience and (optimally) decision-making. I’m curious, what are the future plans for Moveo.AI in terms of expanding its capabilities and integrations? Ie: What are the biggest hurdles on the roadmap. (If you're strictly focusing on the launch and the legwork that it took to get here, that would be a reasonable answer as well haha)

Hello! You have a great product that you're showing us today. Good luck and congratulations. I have a few notes: 1. Your pricing plan is a bit complex. I don't understand how much I can use and what it's for. There are many options and the flexibility doesn't seem very good for a SaaS. 2. Are you using the ChatGPT + vectorDB approach? 3. What is your main market focus? Is it mostly SaaS, e-commerce, EdTech or others? Thank you!

Hi Philipp thanks for your feedback: (1) We tried to base our pricing mostly on usage but definitely your comment helps and pushes us to keep things simple (2) Its a little more complex than the vanilla "ChatGPT+vector search" to ensure no hallucinations, good scaling etc. (3) We have been mostly focusing on costumer support across many verticals such as Ecommerce, gaming, fintech etc.
