I used their service while working in Korea and had a positive experience with thoughtful UI and satisfactory support. However, I'm doubtful about its potential in the competitive US market. Unlike Korea, where options are limited, the US market offers more choices, and the pricing compared to other competitiors doesn't seem favorable to me.
Morningmate is now our go-to communication platform in our Agency. It's easy for both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy members. We're able to streamline workflows by keeping everything in one place. Communication is smoother, especially for remote team members (it doesn't feel as though they're working on a different continent). We're all energized, communicating, and boosting productivity levels across the teams. Would highly recommend!
