Scam company. I purchased cryptocurrency via Moonpay and I never ever receive them. The customer support is also almost non-existent. When I noticed that the funds were not in after a 3 days wait, I reached out and was told by their team that "we are facing liquidation issues with their investors so something went wrong on the back end - rest assure you will get your funds but we just don't have a time frame". What???? Lol..
Horrible! I've sent all my documents, but they just don't accept it. Sent my ID, all my bank statements, photos etc. Jesus, I just want to buy some crypto, is that hard?
