Developed in Japan, MONJI is an online platform that lets you write feedback directly onto websites, images, and documents. Simply input the website URL or upload a file, and you can add annotations like digital sticky notes. The beta version is free to use!
Hello from Osaka, Japan!
I’m the lead translator of MONJI.
We created MONJI to speed up the process of requesting revisions to websites, graphics, and documents. It started off as a tool to use within our own company, but we’ve fully translated it into English, and it’s now available for anyone to use for free!
With MONJI, you can review and annotate websites and documents directly from your browser.
All you have to do is input a website URL, or upload the graphic or document that you want to use. Its digital sticky note format is an intuitive way to convey feedback and ask for revisions.
MONJI has over 10,000 active users in Japan, and has received the City of Osaka’s prestigious Osaka Top Runner Award. We hope that the English version can be useful to many more designers and creative directors around the world!
Here's how to use MONJI to add design feedback to a website:
1. Input the website URL.
2. Write your annotations onto the screen shot of the web page. You can add a priority level and due date for each task.
3. Send your revision request as a link, or through some of your favorite communication and productivity tools, including Chatwork and Trello.
MONJI Features:
- Screenshot generation from any URL, image (jpg / gif / png), or PDF
- Area selection
- Commonly used proofreading marks
- Voice input
- Connection to popular communication and productivity tools, including Trello and Chatwork
