Scanning barcodes and logging meals is super quick and straightforward, and the detailed breakdown of my eating habits helps me make smarter choices. The seamless sync with Apple Health and Apple Watch gives me a complete health overview. I also like the fact that I can track everything in one app—nutrition, hydration, and weight goals. The design is intuitive and fun, the app itself is easy to use.
