It's easy to use out of the box and there are lots of ways to slice & dice, but navigating the many (many) reporting options does take time & patience. Nevertheless it's a great tool if you have the time to learn it.
I used to be in the dark about how people were using my product, but Mixpanel turned on the lights. It's super easy to set up and the data is gold. Definitely recommend it for anyone trying to grow their business.
