The app does not work, when I do the test it loads forever, then the results are n/a. I tried to contact them about this, they asked for my email to check what happened, then they never got back to me again. When I commented on a post asking them to help me, I got a notification from meta that my post had been deleted. Not sure what is wrong with these people but that behavior is bizarre.
I honestly felt like I was in a different world when I first listened to what this app has to offer. The Introduction track made me feel things I haven't felt in a long while! Then there is the background music feature that helps when I am about to go to sleep and let me tell you. I wake up fresh and ready to take on the day! Mindspa has quite a lot of features and makes it so much easier to see in what state my mental health is with the Clarity test they offer. The app layout is just so sleek and so easy to navigate my way around. I really like this app and the features the have to offer and would recommend it to every individual out there to give it a try! I mean, what is more important than your mental well-being? Thank you Mindspa by Synctuition for this beautiful app!
I love the angle that MindSpa makes us look at our mental health. The message that both the app and the My Gift movie transmit is so empowering - it reminds me that I am in control of my life and its quality. And sound journeys are just amazing!
