I'm always on the lookout for new social media management tools. One of the first things I look at upon arriving on the website of a social media management tool is the price model, and how fair it is. Some have a flat amount per month based on the amount of "channel" or "profile" you have. Some just charge a specific amount on a monthly basis, with varying levels. As someone who manages an amount of joint Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as various Meta Business profiles, the need to be able to schedule posts to a multitude of "channels" or "profiles" is paramount. Yet, despite offering a 35 day free trial, there is no information as to what the pricing model of Media Desk is. Due to the lack of such basic, yet important, information, (and I am assuming there is a pricing model as there is a 35 day free trial) I can't be bothered to make an account and give you actual feedback. Surely more effort could be made to provide adequate information, as even the "About" page is fairly bland.
