I wanted to drop a quick review of Manypixels' design services. The team was super responsive and made the whole design process a breeze. They really listened to my needs and brought my vision to life. The quality of the designs is top-notch, and they're always willing to make revisions to ensure you're happy. Their pricing is really transparent. Highly recommend!
Happy customer for more than 1 year! I have been a customer for more than 1 year and I am happy with the service! I use them for all of my social media graphics. I recently switched to the dedicated designer plan and it's been great. I get my designs back on the same day and we can do the revisions on the spot.
The designs do not justify their subscription price. If you need any changes you are out of luck. It will take you forever to get those changes executed. Project managers pass any question on account manager and account manager passes it back to project manager. No timely reply from their live chat option which claims to reply in minutes. The daily output mentioned on their website is not even close to what you will actually get.
I am also running my own funding productized service. ManyPixels is excellent. Only thing I would love to see is a better platform to submit requests
