The support service is abismal and I received invoices for unused time, which does not make sense. I supposedly have a pro account but when logging in I only find a free account. So far no response. I consider this a scam.
I've lost all my contacts, copy, automations and marketing materials. Due to US sanctions some IT services have to leave countries like Russia, Belarus and Iran. Even if my business is not registered in Russia and I may only have some customers from Russia, I understand when companies like Manychat decide to suspend an account. But why the hell can't you send a notification before the deletion process? Why I just wake up one day and realise that everything I worked on for the last few years is gone. Notion, Coda, Slack and other products have left. No problems. But at least they gave a few weeks to prepare and download the data. Manychat with it's attitude to their users is a horrible example of customer experience. Good luck with that.

Its intuitive interface renders chatbot configuration almost poetic, a dance between logic and engagement. The tool’s prowess in nurturing leads, handling inquiries, and executing marketing campaigns elevates it above mundane competitors. However, while its free tier is generous, true mastery demands investment. The AI-driven responses, though commendable, occasionally lack the nuance of human touch. Yet, its integrations with platforms like Shopify and Facebook ensure a holistic business experience. The analytics dashboard serves as an oracle, revealing customer behavior with crystalline clarity. The drag-and-drop builder simplifies complexity, making automation a craft rather than a chore. If elegance and efficiency could be personified in software, ManyChat would be its very visage.
