Bad support. I paid money to get extra operations but I didn't get any. It has been two weeks since I opened a ticket about my issue and it has not been resolved yet. My work is stopped, I put too many hours to understand this platform but now I cannot utilize.
If I cannot use this product then why the hell did I pay for it 2 times in a month. Bad experience so far.
